Our Prices
Setup per image ....... £35.00.
This is a one-off cost per image regardless of the number of prints, or frequency of orders... We check your image for any problems and repair any minor blemishes. We can also apply any other adjustments that may be required to make the best print from your image such as, sharpening, colour balancing/removal, interpolation etc.
Many clients are happy to trust our judgment, however If you require a proof print of the image at this stage, £10.00 must be added to the set-up cost.
(Our proofs are a portion of your image (if larger than A4), at printed size on an A4 sheet of your chosen surface, so that you may examine the print quality and colour balance. We can make any adjustments required at this stage... If happy, you should then sign and return the proof so that printing of your order may continue... Should you require further proofs, these cost £6.50 each. We are happy to provide larger proofs if required, please advise if this is the case).
If sending a transparency or negative (35mm to 5 x 4 ins) add £15.00 for scanning.
If scanning/photography of original Artwork is required, please contact us and we will advise.
When scanned, a high resolution digital file is archived by us, to be used for your future orders (unless instructed otherwise by you) and a copy returned to you on CD. (please ensure that all valuable materials sent to the Hermit Press are adequately insured and protected. We regret that we are unable to accept responsibility for damage caused during transit).
We will print as little as a single image, or an edition to the number required (all prices are for an unmounted, unframed print)...

These are paper sizes. Please also indicate image size and/or the size of borders required when ordering your prints. If you require none standard sizes, please request a quotation via email (We can print up to 1118mm wide and up to 12m long, including border).

These are image sizes... a border is added to allow for mounting onto a wooden stretcher. If you require none standard sizes, please request a quotation via email (We can print up to 1118mm wide and up to 12m long, including border).
We would be happy to quote for mounting, framing or attaching a canvas print to a wooden stretcher if required... Please email with your requirements for a quotation.
If you are producing a Limited Edition we can supply attractive Hermit Press, certificates of authenticity for each print @ £2.50 each.
